Eric Ramsey

Eric has always loved music. In 6th grade, he tried out for the drums and was rejected. The teacher told him he would be better off playing the trumpet and that was that; he never learned to play an instrument. However, that didn't stop his interest in music. A family friend in the recording industry gifted Eric a lot of mixed 45's and 33's--some he liked, many he didn't--but it was like opening a present every single time.

Eric always has a tune in his head and randomly blurts out lyrics, sometimes to the chagrin of those around him! His taste in music styles has changed over time, but he still appreciates every genre...mostly. To Eric, music is the ultimate mood changer. 

Eric's love of music has come full circle by hosting his own radio show and he's stoked to share his love of music with others on Chicken Scratch.
